In 1963 at the Aruba Caribbean Hotel, a young aspiring bartender known as “Jocky” was tasked to create a new cocktail befitting the island’s vibrancy. Nearly sixty years later, his creation, the Aruba Ariba, is Aruba’s most famous cocktail. Using Coecoei, a sweet red liquor made from rum, sugar and local agave plant sap, the Aruba Ariba is a splashy concoction of pink fruity fun. It’s also an exclusive one: Coecoei is not exported and can only be found on Aruba, making the iconic Aruba Ariba truly is a tropical treat. Salud!

Bright and fun, our two-tone Cori takes a pink twist on the traditional triangle bikini. Accented with hot pink spaghetti straps, the hot coral triangle top is our own version of Aruba’s most famous drink.
